Hanadi Baydoun
Hanadi Baydoun is a certified Health & Executive Coach
by the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as a licensed dietician
with a Master degree on Applied in Nutrition at
Northeastern University in Boston and BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the
American University of Beirut. She, also, holds a certification as a Hazard
Analysis and critical control points (HACCP) quality controller by Boecker
& as a personal trainer by the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFP).
Currently Hanadi is alsoo
working at AUBMC as Research coordinator and assists in research on diabetes,
dyslipidemia and weight management. Her main interest is
on Keto diet and diabetes with many publications discussing this topic.
Hanadi is passionate about assisting her clients to thrive
specifically health wise and as they navigate their daily living. She
established her own practice "Fitness Spice” in 2014 where she coaches her
clients on nutritional matters blending it with educational components on
better health, Healthy food catering and even training her clients physically
to become more fit.
Hanadi believes that by changing your perspective, your life
will change. Specifically, as a wellness coach, she is interested in how
changing one’s perspective to food intake can regulate emotional eating and
reduce cravings. Moreover, she believes
that wellness is most importantly achieved through emotional regulation; thus,
she developed an interest in that area.
