Sandy Bassil
Sandy is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching
Coach, an Executive and Leadership coach certified by the Centre of Executive
Coaching. Also, Sandy is a certified MBTI Practitioner and a certified Strong
Interest Inventory practitioner. In addition, she is a Career Coach and Master
trainer with over 10 years of experience in organizational development and
training across the service industries in Lebanon and the MEA Region.
Sandy has a BA in HR Management and currently pursuing her Masters’
Degree in Organizational Psychology.
Sandy has more than 18 years of hospitality
management, human resources, talent management, leadership development, and
learning & development experience. She has trained senior managers of
different multinational companies in different sectors (Hospitality, banking,
Retail, Industrial, NGOs) across Lebanon and the Middle East.
She believes in people continuous growth and
development to reach their full potential. The sense of fulfilment in helping
others drives her to coach people and empower them to overcome their
limitations and reach their business and life goals.
