Coaching For Women's Inclusion $ Workplace Diversity
Even after decades of coaching interventions, women remain underrepresented at the top of the leadership ladders in most industries and sectors. During this 60 minutes, Dr. Charlotte Karam will discuss the critical need for a deeper structural analysis on the inherent systemic and structural inequities of workplaces and the labor force. She will invite discussion and debate concerning the need to develop coaching approaches that unpack intersectional systems of oppression and that confront structural barriers for the advancement if women's careers.
