Aline is an executive coach, member of the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified SHL Assessor and her coaching specialty lies in empowering individuals—both employees and leaders—to unlock their potential, enhance their skills and self-awareness, and reach their personal and professional aspirations.  With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, Aline has held leadership roles in renowned companies across diverse sectors, including banking, telecommunication, and most recently at CMA CGM. With a strong background in learning, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development, she has successfully designed and implemented impactful training programs and career development projects.
