Carole Schoucair
My name is Carole Schoucair, I am 48 years old, and I currently live in Beirut, Lebanon, with my husband and our two kids. I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), graduated from CTI (the Coaches Training Institute) in 2007.
When I got certified, I landed my first contract with Paris City Hall, where I coached senior executives who were themselves responsible for divisions comprising several hundred people. Armed with this highly rewarding experience, I returned to Beirut and became a member of the Lebanese Coach Association (2010). I have been working as a coach for ten years, be it for companies or individuals. Thanks to coaching, the teams with which I work become more motivated and cohesive and gain important leadership skills.
I believe very strongly that each and every one of us is able to live the life we’d like to live and ultimately fulfill our dreams. I am also firmly of the belief that coaching is a powerful accompaniment process that allows each person to tap into their resources and brilliance. The coach-client relationship is vital, and I make sure that my clients experience it to the fullest during our sessions.
Finally, my work with the corporate community and various managers and their teams made me realize the importance of conflict management and resolution; my diploma in mediation, which I received in 2016 from the Mediation Center of Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, gives me better tools to work in this field while adopting a coaching approach.
