Caroline Fawaz

 

Hi, I am Caroline Fawaz; a certified coach specializing in youth leadership and performance whose need to empower youth comes from a personal experience.  

Having graduated school at the age of 16, I found myself thrown into a world with little to no guidance and ultimately that led to me earning a degree in a major that I really did not enjoy.  I started working in field where I felt no personal sense of accomplishment and I felt like I was not living my purpose. After encountering many individuals who had similar experiences to mine, I decided to dig a bit deeper and try find out the root cause of this. 

It turns out there were many reasons why people could make such inadequate decisions in their first steps into adulthood, the reasons ranged from lack of self-knowledge, holding limiting beliefs, not finding something they are passionate about and most importantly not knowing what they are capable of achieving.  

 

This is precisely what led me into the coaching world and one of the most important roles I hold as a coach is to support youth in undergoing a paradigm shift in order to allow them to step outside the boundaries of their conventional thinking. I want the youth to be able to innovate, to use their full potential, be responsible and accountable for their own choices and behaviors.

My greatest joy comes from coaching young individuals and watching them invest their efforts properly, and mainly supporting them into finding the right skills and mindset that helps them succeed in achieving their goals.  

 

My Philosophy : Whatever you choose to do, do it with love. Remember to always DREAM big , BELIEVE in yourself , and you will ACHIEVE anything you set your mind to.
