With over 20 years of experience, Lama started her career in the Human Resources working for regional and multiregional organizations in hotels and professional services industries. She is passionate about people experience, development and success of their careers. She’s keen to always transfer her clients from good to great people.
She is an ACC and she holds an MBA with concentration in Human Resources.
She moved recently to Lebanon and joined the ICF Lebanon Chapter to be part of a big and exciting coach-ing community and network.
Currently she’s pursuing a certification in Executive Coaching for 6 months with Henley Business School and enjoying the journey.
