After achieving a BS degree in
Chemistry and a MS degree in Pharmacology & Therapeutics (AUB), I had the
chance to gain extensive managerial experience in the corporate pharmaceutical sector
for over 15 years. I am currently an
Executive, Emotional Intelligence & Conversational Intelligence Coach,
working with corporate managers and executives to help them build their
leadership skills. My six years of coaching
experience and my previous leadership roles, have helped me better understand
the challenges and needs of organizations, in order to serve them more
effectively.
I currently hold a CMC (Certified
MentorCoach), a CEC (Certified Executive Coach) from Mentorcoach USA, a
Certificate in Conversational Intelligence and a PCC (Professional Certified
Coach) accreditation from the International Coach Federation. I am
also certified on different psychometric tools such as EQi 2.0 & EQ360, one
of the leading assessment tools for Emotional Intelligence and TMSDi Team
Assessment Tool. All these
certifications and credentials from highly esteemed organizations allow me to
provide you with many tools to help further develop your communication and
leadership skills.
My dream is to contribute to the growth
of my country through supporting its Leaders to create a WE-Centric community
built on trust. Through different
Emotional Intelligence & Conversational Intelligence Tools, I can support you
to accelerate: 1) your personal growth as a leader, 2) gaining the trust of
your community, and 3) support you to enhance your influence in order to achieve
your self-aspirations and country goals.
