Born Lebanese, Randa Chehab holds a Master’s Degree in Management from USEK
(Lebanon) and a Bachelor in Finance from USJ (Lebanon).
With an extensive 21yrs career in People Management, Randa started her corporate journey with 5yrs in the local Banking Sector followed by 16yrs with a multinational Advertising Agency as
their first female MENA-Head of Talent Management.
She believes in perseverance, creativity, learning and passion. These assets helped her
develop her skills by moving up the ladder to manage more than thousands of Talents
across 9 countries.
She is currently a Talent Management Consultant and a Certified Professional Coach (with
more than 3 certifications on her portfolio).
Randa is married, mother of 2 young boys. A big fan of baking and yoga.
