What is coaching?

We define coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”. This makes coaching a rather cooperative relationship between the coach and the client (the coachee) to improve the latter’s life where need be.

Who is ICF Chapter Lebanon?

ICF Lebanon is a non-profit organization founded in March 2010 through the collaborative efforts of practicing coaches in Lebanon. It started as the: "Lebanese Coach Association” or LCA (The Change Facilitators). LCA was, and still is, the single coaching organization in Lebanon and is among the very few in the Arab countries and the MENA region. In April 2017, after persistent efforts, the ICF Chapter Lebanon launched. However, the official launch took place on the 31stof January 2018 . Its members aim and dedicate their efforts to advance and bring awareness to "coaching" as a profession. This chapter includes coaches specialized in life coaching, career coaching, wellness coaching, business coaching, and many more.
