•Abir enjoys more than 20 years of rich
experience in the banking sector in various management positions, during which
she lead various teams and projects which shaped her leadership approach.
Building on her experience, Abir transitioned from the corporate
world to become a Corporate Consultant and then a Master Trainer and from there
a Master Certified Coach focusing on building leadership capacity.
•Abir is currently a partner and Global
Director of Training at the Coaches Circle Academy leading the faculty team in
delivering the coaching certification programs and leading the executive
coaching team. She has been a lead coach on various projects for more than 600
managers & leaders including high potential leaders transitioning to be
part of the future leadership team. Her projects span from Private sector to
government institutions.
