Psychology being a passion since i was young I graduated from AUB with a BA in Psychology. With marriage , motherhood and life circumstances I couldn’t work in the field although I was eager to learn and kept on doing so for my personal growth.

Then 10 years ago I had a medical problem and it is only then that I realized how being psychologically and emotionally in check during my sickness was of main importance for my recovery.

Being positive and accepting life as a challenge with all its ups and downs is the only attitude that We as humans should have.

I then decided to go back to the field that I belong to and became an ACC life coach in 2016 then in 2020 I graduated with distinction as a certified coach specialized in CBT/REBT.
