Hiba Raychouni
is a multilingual Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trained at the Co-Active
Training Institute in London, UK. For the
past seven years, Hiba has empowered leaders globally in building leadership
capabilities, accelerating leadership development, and creating spaces for
richer conversations. As a Leadership Circle
Profile practitioner, she leverages this assessment to guide individuals in
deep inner work, fostering continuous growth and authentic transformation.
She has
supported a diverse range of professionals across managerial roles in Europe,
North America, MENA, East Africa, and South Asia, serving various industries,
such as technology, engineering, tobacco, manufacturing, production and
distribution, electromechanical service centers, financial services, and
non-profit humanitarian sectors. Hiba is dedicated to bringing humanity into
the workplace. Her coaching approach is deeply rooted in Relationship Systems
Intelligence, enabling her to foster meaningful changes. Her coaching
philosophy is grounded in the belief in the inherent worthiness of every
individual. Her greatest strengths lie in her ability to forge empathetic and
caring connections.
Hiba was an
active member of the ICF Lebanon Training Committee and Business Opportunities
Committee, where she has supported coaches in advancing their profession, while
also creating opportunities for them to work with corporate and non-profit
clients. Since relocating to Canada in 2022, she has joined ICF Toronto, and
contributed to the Team Coaching Prism Award Committee project.
Prior to
embarking on her coaching journey, she spent 14 years in Human Resources within
the banking sector, where she held various roles and developed a passion for
designing impactful learning solutions and facilitating development programs.
She holds an MBA and the SHRM-CP designation and CTDP certification from The
Institute for Performance and Learning in Canada. Hiba is also a volunteer
facilitator with Courage in Action, Inc. that empowers women to overcome
adversity and create positive change by teaching them life skills that help
them create a sustainable path forward.
In her personal
life, Hiba is a constant learner. She cherishes moments spent playing and
exploring with her young son and finds joy in jogging, hiking along scenic
trails, practicing yoga, and reading.
