Roula, as a former CEO for an American franchise implemented in the MENA,and a seasoned executive and team coach, she partners with C-suite, and their teams to understand their needs, unlock their potential, and move toward the next level of success. Her aim is to build upon my experience to unfold executives' and teams’ strengths from within, and enhance their relationships using diversity and inclusion as keys to achieving better goals. She has a global experience and in lots of industries.She is a co-creator for an accredited Level 1 program from ICF, she teaches team coaching in the USA and Canada, and she is a mentor coach and supervisor. She was nominated among the 100 women entrepreneurs in MENA, and among the top 15 coaches in Ottawa Canada, and won the "Lead from the Heart" award in Netherlands.
